How to Become an ECA – Education, Certification, and What to Expect

While becoming an ECA doesn’t require a college diploma, formal training gives you a competitive edge. At SKD ECE BIT, you’ll receive:

  • Bilingual instruction (French/English)

  1. Required Certifications

Before working in a licensed setting, you’ll need:

  • Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C)
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check
  • Immunization record, including TB test (if required by the employer)
