Are you ready to take the first step toward a career in early childhood education? SKD ECE BIT, our Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) program, is now accepting applications for upcoming cohorts. Our bilingual, government-supported training helps you build the skills, confidence and hands-on experience needed to succeed in Ontario’s child care sector. This program is free to eligible participants, and is funded by Ontario's Skills Development Fund (SDF). Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time, re-entering after a break, or seeking a new path, we make the process simple and supportive.
